On the platform you have access to your own personal digital notepad for every meeting, where you also have the option of attaching documents that only you can see.
This means that all personal notes you make, both before, during and after a meeting, will always be available in your meeting archive. For example, when you open a previous meeting from the “Meeting archive“, you will not only be able to see the associated documents, but you will also have access to all the notes you have made in connection with the meeting in question.
Automatic saving
As an additional functionality, you don’t have to think about saving your board notes yourself. The system itself ensures automatic and efficient storage of the notes you enter into the system.
It is of course also possible to make notes and comments, what we also call annotations, directly on the individual document.
