We have achieved this in a simple and secure manner with our board portal, which serves as the digital tool for boards.

Our platform is widely used, catering to businesses of all sizes and industries. Therefore, we offer a universal portal that can be utilized by the majority of boards, advisory boards, associations, leadership groups, committees, etc.

Even though the portal has been developed for the professional business world, we also want to provide associations, non-profit organizations, startups, etc. with the opportunity to access a professional tool for their board and committee work. We have made this possible by, among other things, offering reduced prices to this group without compromising on the portal’s functionality.

    Increase security with mobile validation in relation to login. With 2FA, security is increased from requiring a password to requiring both a password and a unique code, which is sent directly to the user's mobile phone. Learn more about 2FA.

    Includes up to 3 additional portals, each with 3 user licenses as well as the premium features. Exclusive E-signature and Board evaluation.* *The holding companies must have an ownership stake of at least 10% of the "operating company".   • Own logo in email header

    Option to upload your own logo to the portal and have it included in all notification emails sent from the portal to members.

  • Own logo on minutes and meeting book

    Option to upload your own logo to the portal and have it included in all future meeting books and minutes created on the portal.

  • Task function

  • Preparation score

  • E-signature**

    Sign all types of documents digitally via the e-signature function on the BetterBoard portal. Choose how the documents are to be signed, e.g. via 2-factor (SMS code), MitID, NemID, Norwegian BankID, Swedish BankID or simple e-signature with just a "click". For each signer, you can freely choose which method they should use. Includes 50 signature processes.* *Purchase additional signature processes by contacting support

  • Poll module**

    Create and hold votes on documents and agenda items for a meeting or vote on the time of the next meeting. Let all or parts of the board take part in the vote, and set a deadline for the vote.

    We are constantly developing the portal, and the "Premium" subscription will automatically be updated with BetterBoard's self-developed functions.
