Simple and intuitive overview of unread documents
On the login front page of the portal, you are immediately introduced to the visual overview. From here you can see which boards, management boards, advisory boards etc. you are a part of. On each “card” you are informed whether or not there are any unread documents. If a meeting has been set up, the date and time of the meeting will also appear on the “map”. The indicator for unread/read documents is linked to the individual user. This means that the portal shows what the individual user needs to read and not what the remaining members need to read.

The boardportal also gives members the opportunity to see a combined list of the documents that they each still need to read. From the front page of the board, members can gain a quick overview of how many documents they still need to red on the respective portal.
The overall list display helps the individual member quickly find the documents that have not yet been read. From here, you can click on the document name and be taken directly to the location of the document, from where it can be read.
