Step 1:
Write minutes under each agenda item
Open the agenda item and click on “Write minutes”. The portal has an “auto-save” function and thereby continuously saves the written minutes.
Step 2:
Create a draft of the minutes with a single click on “Create minutes”
The minutes will now be created in draft form, and all associated agenda items and descriptions automatically become part of the minutes.
Step 3:
If necessary, send it for review before it is published for the entire board
It is of course possible to comment and correct on/in the minutes in the review process.
Once the minutes have been published, the minutes can be sent directly to be signed by the board members with BetterBoard’s e-signature function.
