We strive to set up your Data Room, Preparation Room or Archive Room within a few hours on business days. During weekends and public holidays, your room will be created on the next business day. As soon as the room has been created, you will receive your login details and be contacted regarding onboarding.
You have three options:
Data Room: Specifically developed for due diligence with, among other things, external users, and the option to create Clean Teams and Deal Teams. The Data Room is available as a monthly or annual subscription.
Preparation Room: Here you can start the process in a secure and encrypted environment. You can collect files and documents and invite external advisors to assist in the process. The Preparation Room can be upgraded to a Data Room when you are ready. The Preparation Room is available as an annual subscription.
Archive Room: If you need to store files and documents from your due diligence process, for example during a warranty period, you can freeze the contents of your Data Room for as long as you need. The Archive Room is available as an annual subscription and can be upgraded to a Data Room if necessary.
